Original Artwork — Final Sale

Every original painting offered by Andrew Hunt Art is a one-of-a-kind work of art. All sales of original paintings are final once payment has been completed, except where an artwork arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or a return, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly through the Contact page at andrewhuntart.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the artwork and its packaging where available. Please retain all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

We will assess the circumstances and work with you on an appropriate resolution, including a return and refund or another remedy where required.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because each original painting is unique, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
